SHIPPING

WE SHIP THROUGHOUT SOUTH AFRICA ONLY

All orders will be processed and dispatched in 1-3 working days.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains a tracking number.  We only offer door-to-door deliveries.

Shipping costs are calculated at CHECKOUT.  Please note costs differ between major cities and outlying ares.

RETURNS

If you would like to return or exchange your items, please kindly email us at hello@barethreadsfashions.com with your order number and reason for return within 7 days receipt.  Please allow 1-3 working days for us to process your request.  Returns must be unused, unaltered, undamaged, and accompanied with their original packaging.

If you would like to return or exchange your purchase for something else, we are happy to process this for you but please note, return courier will be at your expense. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings for hygiene reasons.  We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items.
